Chinese medicine advocates a wholesome food diet, free of processed foods. However, it also considers each person unique and tailors a nutrition plan accordingly. A healthy diet depends on the age, health and sex of the patient, their lifestyle, and what symptoms are manifesting regularly. Diet and digestion are at the centre of our health, and making the changes necessary for our mind and body to heal, is key to successful results.

In this live video, I looked at the TCM perspective on nutrition, the Yin and Yang foods (hot versus cold, dry versus damp), the 5 seasons, and the 5 flavours (and their health properties).

If you want to bypass my singing and the intro where I connect with everyone, the class starts at 7:06 min.
