I’m Elizabeth Quinones Villot and I purchased Acupuncture mad easy but I don’t see 8 principals there. Can you help?

        Hi Clara,

In your new book chinese medicine treatments made easy, is there also info about tonifying or sedating the acupoints? Cause I don’t read anything about it in the free sample. Or is it not that important according to your clinical experience?

        • AcuPro Academy (Clara) November 22, 2022 at 3:47 pm - Reply

          Hi there,

You’re correct there isn’t anything about tonifying or sedating the points because we learn this in acupuncture school 😍

If the pattern is excess then we sedate the points and if the pattern is deficiency we tonify the points. IF there is excess and deficiency, then we sedate the points that help clear the excess, and tonify the points that help the deficiency.

However in my practice, I have been taught to find Qi and let the patient’s body self regulate itself without manipulations, that’s how I practice, but there are many ways to practice 🌷

          Hope that makes sense 🥰

Hi Clara, do you have any blog posts or info on treating Endometriosis? Thanks!

    Hello dear Clara,
first of all I would like to thank you for shearing your radiant energy and your immense knowledge and experience with us! I am deeply grateful for your amazing work!
I’m Natasha (59 years old) and I’m diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and struggle with disabling symptoms and severe fibromyalgia, many years ago.
I would like to ask you is it possible to be your patient – online? by having consultations with you and following your advice on how I can improve my health ( I can do direct moxa by myself but I would need your advice on what points to apply it and what Chinese herbs would be best to include as well, and have regular consultations with you. I’m not a practitioner but I watch your videos, read about TCM and practice Energy medicine exercises so I’am familiar with meridians and locating acu-points and i also have some experience as a patient of a few Japanese acupuncturists in the past who taught me how to apply moxa to myself.. Dear Clara, I would be so happy to be your patient online and to follow your instructions! Thank you in advance for your answer, Best regards, Natasha

      Hi Natasha,

I’m so honoured you enjoy my videos even though you’re not an acupuncture student or practitioner 😍 I am sorry you’re struggling with your health. When it comes to your disorders, emotions an emotional trauma plays a big role in the healing process. Unfortunately I am not allowed to consult online as per my license regulation. I would advise you seek a qualified practitioner in your are to guide you 💜
      best wishes 🌷

    Hi Clara,
I am studying for my exams and I am reviewing some important aspects around the Functions of the spirit. Hun, Shen, Yi, PO, and Zhi, I am using a chart i like in the handbook of oriental medicine 5th edition by H.B Kim and what I am failing to grasp is how each spirit REALLY shows up in live cases. Sometimes I find I need way more explanation with examples when other than just words that describe a particular aspect of say HUN. I hope I am making sense. Do you have a video on this or can you refer me to a resource?

    • AcuPro Academy (Clara) February 10, 2023 at 2:21 pm - Reply

I don’t have any videos on this (something to think about for sure!). The HUN for example in clinic is seen as patients who are perfectionists, like to be in control, are planners and goal setters.
Hope it helps you a bit.

TCM is completely tailored care; what works for one person likely will not for another.
If you’re unsure if something is not working or has a side effect, you should stop using it immediately, and we recommend that you consult the practitioner you got it from, or other qualified professional for further guidance 🙏🏼🩷
