Yesterday, one of my long time patient brought me a large bag of apples from her orchard. Last week, I was fully booked when she called for help. She was in excruciating pain and I decided to stay late to treat her. Her delicious gift to me, was her way to show her appreciation.
Going the extra mile has always been part of who I am, in my personal and in my professional life. Since I started practicing acupuncture, I have been doing one simple thing to turn every new patient into a raving fan. Happy patients are your best advocates, and will market you for free to their friends, family and colleagues.
In this short video, I reveal what you can do to turn every new patient into a raving fan.
Keep rocking it using TCM,

Thanks for the tip Clara! Do you do this only after the first visit? Or after every visit? I have many patients that have been coming for years for maintenance treatment so wondering if at what point it becomes too much?
Hi Janice,
I usually do it ONLY after the initial visit 🙂

Thanks Clara! Though I am not an acupuncturist, I learned a lot from the 7 day challenges!
So happy to hear you benefitted Yumei 🙂
