Show Notes

Happy New Year, everyone! As we step into 2025, I’d like to reflect on the past year and share my aspirations for the year ahead. At Acupro Academy, we had an incredible 2024, a year full of growth, new experiences, and exciting accomplishments. Here’s a look back at the highlights, and a glance at what’s to come.

Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and New Learnings

Firstly, at the start of 2024, I chose “growth” as my guiding word. It truly encapsulated everything that unfolded. One of my proudest achievements was launching the AcuPro Show podcast. It was a completely new venture for me, and I had to learn a lot to make it happen. But on January 10th, 2024, the first episode went live, marking the beginning of an incredible journey. Connecting with new guests and learning each week has been a rewarding experience, and I’m thrilled to have reached over 65,000 downloads! My decision to hire an assistant for the first time made a significant difference in managing the demands of this new venture. This support allowed me to bring even more valuable content to our community and focus on the aspects of work that truly inspire me.

Travelling and Learning in 2024

Secondly, travel was another highlight of the past year. From the UK to the Netherlands, Austria, and Miami, I was fortunate enough to meet fellow TCM enthusiasts around the world. These experiences enriched my understanding and appreciation of Chinese medicine and deepened my connections within the community. I also embraced new learning opportunities through masterclasses and collaborations, including working with Rebecca Stephen and Dr. Sonia Tan. These experiences not only enhanced my knowledge but also allowed me to share diverse training with all of you.

Content Creations and Milestones

Thirdly, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of Acupro Academy with a virtual Zoom party, bringing together more than 700 TCM practitioners from across the globe. It was a joyous occasion filled with music, needle demonstrations, and heartfelt interactions. My journey was further enriched by the creation of 24 new videos on YouTube, as well as daily content on social media platforms. I was proud to introduce more people to the amazing benefits of acupuncture through these channels.

Looking Ahead into the New Year: 2025 and the Word ‘Flawless’

Lastly, As I look forward to 2025, my new word for the year is “flawless,” representing ease and seamless progression. I aim to embody simplicity and embrace smooth transitions, like the flowing water element or a balanced liver Qi.

New Year Plans and Projects for 2025

Without further ado, here is a sneak peek of what’s planned and coming to AcuPro Academy in 2025 πŸ₯³

New Content: Expect 24 new long-form videos and weekly podcast episodes with exciting guests.

Travel and Teaching: I’ll be visiting New Zealand, France, and Portugal to teach and connect with diverse cultures.

New Courses and Innovations: We’ll continue developing courses, including a second level of the Balance System with Dr. Sonia Tan and a menopause course highlighting women’s health.

Books and Publications: While I continue to work on my fourth book, an illustrated guide to Chinese herbs and formulas, I won’t likely release it this year. However, my existing works, “Chinese Medicine Made Easy” and “Chinese Medicine Treatment Made Easy,” will be published in French.

Expansion of Online Presence: With channels now available in French, I’m expanding my reach and sharing more valuable insights with French-speaking audiences globally.

The Journey Continues

Thank you all for your unwavering support and encouragement. Each message and comment fuels my passion to share the wonders of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Let’s make this year flawless, embracing ease and simplicity in all our endeavours as we continue to rock it with TCM. Remember, acupuncture rocks! Happy 2025! Let’s make it an exceptional year together!
