Show Notes

Happy New Year, everyone! I hope 2026 brings you joy, health, clarity, and everything your heart has been quietly wishing for. As we kick off a fresh chapter, I wanted to share a little personal tradition Craig and I cherish, reflect on everything we accomplished together in 2025, and give you a sneak peek at the exciting plans ahead for AcuPro Academy this year.

Every New Year’s Eve, Craig and I make our home feel warm and magical. We set the table beautifully, light a few candles, play music we love, and enjoy a quiet dinner together.

After that, we sit down and walk through the year, moment by moment:

🫂 The people we met
✈️ The trips we took
😂 The laughs, the challenges, and the lessons
💪🏼 The things we’re proud of
🤔 The things we want to improve

It’s amazing how grounding this ritual is. We end the evening reviewing our goals and setting new intentions for the year: health, relationships, creativity, work, and personal dreams. Then we each choose our “word of the year,” a simple guiding theme to anchor us throughout the months ahead.

Last year my word was Flawless, and let me tell you… it really worked! Things flowed smoothly, easily, almost magically at times.

My Word for 2026: Optimization

It’s not flashy, but wow, am I excited about it.

2026 is all about optimization—streamlining everything in my life and business so things become simpler, clearer, and easier for both me and the entire AcuPro community.

I want to optimize:

💻 how students find courses
📄 help practitioners access resources
 🤔how content is organized
🎽 the way I take care of my health
🕰️ how I manage energy, time, and creativity
☯️ and yes… even how efficient my TCM geek life can get!

What about you?
Do you choose a word of the year?
If you do, message me on social media or reply to my newsletter—I love hearing your choices.

Looking Back at 2025: What a Year!

2025 was incredibly productive and full of learning inside AcuPro Academy. Here are some highlights:

🎓 New Advanced Courses Released
We welcomed brilliant teachers like:
Dr. Sonia Tan with her advanced Balance System acupuncture classes
Dr. Alex Dragan, who taught an eye-opening course on vitamins and nutrients
Dr. Rebecca Stephens, with her musculoskeletal acupuncture deep dive

🎥 YouTube Lives Returned
It felt so good to connect with you in real time again, answering questions, teaching mini-lessons, and laughing together.

📚 Books & Materials
Behind the scenes, work continued on many projects—some of which are finally ready to bloom this year.

2025 was full… and beautiful.

What’s Coming in 2026: A Bigger, Brighter AcuPro

Now for the exciting part—what I’ve been working on for months and finally get to share!

🎧 Weekly Podcasts & 24 New Long-Form YouTube Videos

More expert interviews, more deep dives, more clinical pearls—everything you’ve come to love, with even higher quality.

🌟 The Long-Awaited Ear Acupuncture Course

Yes—it’s almost here!
Packed with demonstrations, protocols, and simple step-by-step teaching.

📚 Book #4: Herbal Medicine Made Easy

I’m finally writing my fourth book on Chinese medicine herbs and formulas.
It will be practical, visual, and fun (because that’s how I love to teach!).

🌍 AcuPro Is Going International

All three of my books have now been published in French, and this year AcuPoints Made Easy is being translated into Italian and Spanish.

It feels amazing to see the AcuPro community growing across continents!

A Fun Personal Tradition: DJ Night

On a lighter note, Craig and I have a hilarious and heartwarming tradition: DJ Night at Home.

We take turns playing songs from YouTube, singing along, dancing around the house, and reliving the “good old days.” We do this with friends too—it’s silly, nostalgic, and so good for the soul.

If you need an instant mood booster:
🎵 pick a playlist,
🎙 sing your heart out,
💃 and dance like no one’s watching.

Highly recommended!

Thank You, TCM Rock Stars!

I want to close this by saying thank you—from the bottom of my heart.
